Denny Brown and his wife Susan, son Dennis and daughter Bobbie, moved back home to Arkansas in 1974. After, trying a hand at dairying, raising chickens, (broilers, breeder hens and Commercial laying hens) and raising green beans for Allen’s Canning Company, Denny went to work for a major telecommunications company where he was involved in corporate real estate. Denny has held several executive positions, such as Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, and President. In 1990 Denny and Susan along with 2 partners formed Compass Telecommunications, located in Siloam Springs. Compass provided Telecommunications services in 30 states plus Mexico. The company was sold in June of 1998 and Denny provided telecommunications consulting services for a couple of years following. In 2001 Denny received his Arkansas and Oklahoma real estate licenses, and started working for Century 21 where he received the “Double Centurion Award” for selling over 21 million dollars in 1 year. In 2003 Denny moved to a new company called CrossRoads Realty Sales, which he later branched out and opened his own company, Connections Real Estate and also picked up his Missouri real estate license.
